You do not need to be formally registered with the NDIS, hold a disability certification, or receive government-funded support to access our services. We assist seniors, pensioners, people living with disability, individuals managing chronic health conditions, those recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, carers supporting loved ones, and anyone experiencing temporary circumstances that make pet care difficult. Companion Pet Care is a mobile service, meaning we come to you. We provide support in your home and community, allowing your pet to remain in a familiar, comfortable environment where they feel safest and most relaxed. There is no need to transport your pet to us for services such as feeding visits, welfare checks, dog walking, medication assistance, or pet care support. We can also assist with transporting pets to veterinary appointments when required. Our goal is to make accessing pet care support as convenient and stress-free as possible for both you and your pet. Companion Pet Care primarily supports dogs and cats, but we may also be able to assist with other companion animals on a case-by-case basis, including birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, and other small pets.
